The Lazy Flamingo restaurants operate in the casual dining, seafood class of restaurant.  The Company philosophy is to serve only fresh seafood and, provide a festive and "local" type of atmosphere in an establishment decorated with a "nautical" theme.

The Lazy Flamingo concept includes a trade dress consisting of trade name, logo menu and goodwill associated with the lazy Flamingo, a serving style consisting of full service, and a limited menu consisting of high quality, uniquely seasoned entrees such as; steamed shrimps, fried shrimp, conch fritters, and buffalo wings.  Other great menu items are the ice cold oysters and clams on the half shell (freshly shucked per order), smoked fish, conch salad, conch chowder, clams/mussels marinara, fried grouper sandwich or finger basket, mesquite grilled grouper sandwich or platter, mesquite grilled chicken breast sandwich, spicy fries, Big Burger, prime rib sandwich, steak sandwich, Caesar salad with or without mesquite grilled chicken breast or grilled grouper.  The restaurants also offer other specialty items which are considered "signature" items, such as "The Pot", Your Catch, Flamingo Garlic Bread, Dead Parrot Wings, and Teri-Hot Wings.

Lazy Flamingo also has desserts  like the old Florida favorite "Key Lime Pie" and a Chocolate Key Lime Cheese Cake" for chocolate and cheese cake lovers.
